This winter my editing room is turning into a very simple work out space for my off season training.
Im 8 weeks into a 12 week KB program from James Wilson http://mtbkettlebellconditioning.com and I’m liking the results so far. Getting stronger and better at performing the exercises.
I welded a simple chin up bar which I’m suposed to do rep ladders on 4/6/8 x 3 so far I have made it to 4/6/8, 4/5/5 & 4/4/4. When I first made this bar at the end of september I managed like 2 rep x 3 sets.
Last nights workout finished of with 10 timed sets of single arm snatch. Did it with a 16 kg kb, great exercise. It was the first time I tried this exercise so I used a 12 kg kettlebell to learn the technique first =)
Borrowed a road bike today. Went for a 76km ride in 0C weather.
I love mountain bike and downhill but there is a lot of fun long-distance races where I live so I’m thinking of starting to ride on the road next year. Im a sucker for Canyons bikes so maybe this beauty will be mine.
It felt like my legs were burning today. I was going for a pr but I had a lot of headwind.
My little brother after his Mauy Thai fight today.
Off season is here & this is my new friend. Im doing kettlebell training at home 4 days a week. I think it´s fun to learn about kb training and Im getting better at the exercises. I hope this will build my strength and cardio that I need on the trail.
Does anyone have tips on good kb exercises I must look into? :)
Today I went out on a ride with my love <3
Riding my friends Trek Topfuel this weekend. Awesome bike!
